Free School-Required Vaccine Clinic

Dear D26 Families,

Getting ready for the school year means making sure our students are healthy, safe, and up-to-date on their routine immunizations.

To help, we are partnering with CIMPAR and the Illinois Department of Public Health to host a FREE School-Required Vaccine Clinic open to everyone in our community!

📅 Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Three Oaks Elementary School (1514 Three Oaks Rd., Cary, IL 60013)

What you need to know:

Cost: Completely FREE. There are no copays, no deductibles, and no bills—regardless of whether you have insurance or not. No ID is required.
What’s available: MMR vaccines, routine school-required immunizations, and childcare entry vaccines administered by licensed healthcare professionals.
Who can come: Open to everyone! Please note: A parent or guardian must be present to give consent for anyone under 18.
Documentation: You will be provided with records to give to your child's school.

How to Join: Walk-ins are completely welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged to save your spot!
