The D26 COVID-19 Dashboard below displays new weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases and exclusion cases of District 26 staff and students. In consultation with McHenry County Department of Health, District 26 will notify parent/guardian if your student(s) are considered a close contact to a positive case and further direction will be provided to families at that time. District 26 will send a notification to all parents within a building if a positive case is identified in the building. The Dashboard is updated each Friday.
- A positive case is counted on the day it is reported. Every day after, it is placed in the exclusion category.
- Exclusion cases are total students and staff not attending school due to testing positive, exposure to a positive case or are absent with COVID-like symptoms, each week.
