Three Oaks

  • Welcome to the Three Oaks School website designed and created by parent volunteers! My name is Mr. Gibbs. I am the Principal at Three Oaks School. Three Oaks is a wonderful school with a very supportive community and a history of excellence.

Three Oaks currently serves students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Three Oaks is the district kindergarten attendance center and also has the K-3 Bilingual Classrooms.

We provide a wide range of services at Three Oaks School. We offer services in the areas of Special Education, Speech and Language and English Language Learners programs. The school participates in a breakfast and hot lunch program for students. We are also fortunate to have a nurse on-site during student attendance days.

Our students continue to score very well on state and national tests. Please feel free to view our State Report Card at http://iirc.niu.edu/ and enter Three Oaks School in the box and click Go. At this interactive site, you will find valuable information about our Illinois State Achievement Test results, a school profile, our student population, our teachers, and district financial status. We are proud of our students, our staff, and our community.

We have a very active Parent Teacher Organization. Our P.T.O. has monthly meetings, organizes many family events, provides school assemblies, and volunteers hundreds of hours each year in classrooms and at P.T.O. events such as the Book Fair, Science Fair, Fun Fair, and Daddy/Daughter Dance. The district has a volunteer system where community members can work at the schools with individuals or small groups of students and/or complete clerical tasks. We greatly appreciate the time and talent our volunteers donate each and every day!

We welcome visitors to Three Oaks School. If you would like to visit our school, please call and arrange a time to visit. We can take you on a tour of the school, visit a classroom, and/or provide you with grade level curriculum information. For additional information, please note that each classroom has information on this site and there are links to our P.T.O. and the Cary 26 website as well.
