Superintendent
Dr. Brandon C. White is currently the Superintendent of Cary Community Consolidated School District #26. He is a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Brandon has served as a teacher, instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, assistant principal, principal, principal supervisor, and assistant superintendent before his current role leading District #26.
Regarding community involvement, Brandon has served on several community boards and donated his time to the city through various organizations. He is a past member of the Fort Wayne, Indiana Mayor’s Council for Diversity, Erin’s House for Grieving Children Central City Advisory Board of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Community Harvest Foodbank of Fort Wayne. While residing in South Bend, Indiana, he was a member of the Foodbank of Northern Indiana, Junior Achievement, and HeadStart of St. Joseph County boards. Professionally he is a member of Learning Forward and ASCD, and a proud member of the oldest historically Black Greek letter organization, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Brandon and his partner have two children, Bruce who is currently serving our country in the US Army, and Grace, and who is a second grader in the area.
