Online Registration Opens March 8, 2021
All D26 families are required to register all students (including Kindergarten) prior to the beginning of each school year using our Online Registration System.ALL Kindergarten and New Student Families are required to provide an original birth certificate and proof of residency. Please click here for required documents. These documents should be dropped off at the District Administration Center after you have completed online registration.Families that have a returning student with a new student will need to do one application per household while using the Returning Family application link in the Inifinte Campus Portal Account.New families will not need a portal account at this time. New families should click on the New Family Registration link.PROOF OF RESIDENCY & BIRTH CERTIFICATE DELIVERY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMICEven though the COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of our lives, Cary School District 26 still requires that ALL Kindergarten and New Student families provide a Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency. At this time you are able to submit copies of all these documents. An Authorization for Records form is also needed for any new transfer student. This can be printed out under the Registration Forms tab. Medical Examinations are due by the first day of school for Kindergartners, 2nd & 6th graders. Due to the state mandated shutdown, these documents should be placed in a sealed envelope and dropped off in the District Administration Center’s mailbox or you can directly mail them to 2115 Crystal Lake Rd. Cary, IL 60013 after you have completed online registration. Please add “Attention: Information Services” to any registration documents that are placed in the district’s mailbox or mailed to the district.
The District Administration Center mailbox is located outside of Door 10 near the back of the Cary Junior High. Please be sure to review the Registration Requirements found here before dropping off or mailing these documents. Appointments: In the event that an Affidavit is needed for proof of residency and notarization is required please email email@example.com to schedule an appointment for assistance. Appointments will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9AM to 12PM.
