Health Services Mission Statement

We believe health services are an integral part of the education process. Children thrive and learn better when they feel well.  Therefore, we believe in promoting wellness through prevention education.

We believe in a collaborative effort between home, school, and community.  We believe in fostering the cooperation and commitment needed to allow each student the opportunity to reach his or her potential by minimizing health care problems that may hinder the learning process.

We believe in administering safe, quality nursing care to all students and we follow the standards of care outlined by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act.
